NEPIP

NEPIP (Neuro-Endo-Psycho-Immuno-Pody) is an advanced reflexology protocol that works more deeply with the reflexes linked to the body’s core control systems. This technique may also include intention setting and breathing techniques, enhancing its therapeutic impact.

It’s a unique treatment, where both feet are worked on simultaneously, offering a deeply relaxing and restorative experience. NEPIP is ideal for revitalising and restoring the mind, body, and spirit and is particularly effective in relieving stress, anxiety and supporting mental health wellbeing.

Neuro-Endo-Psycho-Immuno-Pody refers to the scientific connection between the brain and nervous system (Neurology), the endocrine system (Endocrinology)—via the hypothalamus—and how these affect our psychological health (Psychology) through the immune system (Immunology). All of this is reflected in the feet (Pody).

Aroma-Reflexology

Aroma Reflexology combines two deeply therapeutic treatments to add an extra dimension to your reflexology session. This offers a double opportunity to help shift long-term symptoms and conditions, and promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

To optimize the benefits of aroma-reflexology, please expect to commit to a minimum of 3 reflexology treatments in addition to using the cream at home.

Some oils are NOT suitable for certain conditions, so it is important to list all diagnoses and current medical treatment.

Indian Head Massage
