Your time, your treatment
Every session is tailored to meet your needs on the day — whether that’s a full reflexology treatment, a soothing Indian head massage, calming relaxation techniques, or a nurturing blend of approaches.
Reflexology is at the heart of what I offer, but sessions can also include the use of aromatherapy products or be intuitively combined with other therapies to create something truly personal and supportive. Whether you prefer a focused treatment or a blend, each session is designed with your wellbeing in mind.
£80 – Ultimate Relaxation Session (up to 90 minutes)
A deeply relaxing, calming and unhurried treatment, perfect when you're feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a full-body reset.
£65 – Extended Session (up to 75 minutes)
A longer therapeutic treatment tailored to your needs on the day, giving you more time to slow down, unwind, and reconnect.
£45 – Restorative Reflexology, Indian Head Massage or Relaxation Techniques (up to 60 minutes)
A full, personalised treatment to support your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing — creating space for deep relaxation and whole-body balance.
£30 – Stress-Busting Session (30 minutes)
A focused treatment to help calm your nervous system and ease stress or tension, ideal when you need a quick reset.
£20 – Reflexology Taster (20 minutes)
A gentle introduction to reflexology — perfect if you’re new, curious, or simply short on time. A soothing, focused treatment to give you a taste of what reflexology can offer.

Please note: Treatments that include aromatherapy oils will incur a small additional charge to cover the cost of bespoke blends. I’ll always discuss this with you in advance, so there are no surprises.
Payment
Payments to be made by bank transfer and should be made in advance of the treatment at the time of booking. Cash payments also accepted.
Payments in advance are required for gift vouchers or block bookings.
Cancellations
Whilst I understand that it is sometimes necessary to cancel your appointment, I would ask that you give as much notice as possible so that your appointment may be offered to some else. If you feel unwell or are experiencing difficulties with your health or well-being and are concerned about your booking, please give me a call to discuss.
Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your treatment. If you are a no show and do not make contact prior to advise me of your cancellation, cancellation fees will apply and full payment kept.
