Your time, your treatment
Reflexology is at the heart of what I offer.
Each treatment is thoughtfully tailored to support your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing — whether that’s a full reflexology treatment, a soothing Indian Head Massage, calming relaxation techniques, or a nurturing blend of approaches. Sessions may also include the use of bespoke aromatherapy oils and products for an added layer of support.
Please note: Treatments that include aromatherapy oils or products may incur a small additional charge to cover the cost of bespoke blends. I’ll always discuss this with you in advance so there are no surprises.
Note: Whatever your reflexology needs — peri/menopause, andropause, children/teens, FRT, elderly, RLD, NEPIP, hand, cancer support — the price is the same.
£80 – Ultimate Relaxation Session (up to 90 minutes)
A deeply indulgent, unhurried experience designed to melt away tension and restore complete balance. Perfect when you’re feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a full-body reset — or to treat a loved one.
£65 – Extended Session (up to 75 minutes)
A longer, bespoke treatment giving you space to unwind fully, reconnect with your body and nurture your wellbeing.
£45 – Essential Relaxation Session (up to 60 minutes)
A restorative session designed to support your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
£30 – Stress-Busting Session (30 minutes)
A focused, revitalising session to soothe tension, calm your nervous system and restore a sense of ease — ideal when you need a quick reset.
£20 – Reflexology Taster (20 minutes)
A gentle introduction to reflexology — perfect for newcomers, the curious, or simply short on time. A soothing, focused treatment to give you a taste of what reflexology can offer.

Payment
Payments to be made by bank transfer and should be made in advance of the treatment at the time of booking. Cash payments also accepted.
Payments in advance are required for gift vouchers or block bookings.
Cancellations
Whilst I understand that it is sometimes necessary to cancel your appointment, I would ask that you give as much notice as possible so that your appointment may be offered to some else. If you feel unwell or are experiencing difficulties with your health or well-being and are concerned about your booking, please give me a call to discuss.
Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your treatment. If you are a no show and do not make contact prior to advise me of your cancellation, cancellation fees will apply and full payment kept.
