My journey with reflexology began over 30 years ago during a holiday in Cornwall. I experienced my first treatment—and instantly fell in love with how it made me feel. The deep sense of calm and connection stayed with me and from that moment on, I was hooked. While working a busy 9–5 office job, I continued receiving regular treatments, drawn again and again to the way reflexology helped me feel more balanced and grounded.
Over time, my passion grew so strong that I knew I wanted to explore it more deeply. I enrolled at my local college and completed a year-long Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Therapies, where my love for reflexology truly took root. The course also included training in Indian Head Massage and Aromatherapy, giving me a broader foundation in therapeutic touch and holistic wellbeing.
Fifteen years later, life had grown even fuller—I was raising a daughter and triplet sons. Once they were a little older, I followed my heart and turned my passion into a profession. I set up my own reflexology practice, determined to create a space for others to experience the same benefits I had.
I also made a commitment to deepen my skills and offer the best possible care. That path led me to The Anahata College in Lincoln, one of the UK’s most respected reflexology schools. There, I completed the Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology, the highest qualification currently available in the field.
My training included a wide range of specialist techniques, such as NEPIP, Hand Reflexology, and Duopody, as well as focused modules in maternity and palliative care.
Now, with years of experience and advanced training behind me, I’m honoured to support others through the incredible benefits of reflexology—just as I was supported all those years ago.
