Aroma-Reflexology
A bespoke reflexology treatment enhanced with individually selected aromatherapy blends. Each session includes a short consultation to explore your needs, followed by the creation and use of tailored essential oil blends to support relaxation, emotional balance and deeper sense of calm.

Indian Head Massage
A deeply relaxing treatment focusing on the head, face, neck and shoulders to ease muscular tension, calm the nervous system and support overall wellbeing.

The Gentle Unwind
A deeply relaxing wellbeing experience combining clinical reflexology and Indian head massage.
Working from head to sole, this treatment brings together two complementary therapies to ease tension, quiet a busy mind and encourage deep relaxation. Perfect when you need time to switch off, recharge and restore a sense of balance.

This bespoke treatment combines clinical reflexology, Indian head massage and personalised aromatherapy blending to create a truly individual experience. Following a consultation, essential oils are carefully selected to support your unique physical, emotional and wellbeing needs.
Bringing together the benefits of three complementary therapies, this deeply restorative treatment is designed to ease tension, calm the mind and encourage a sense of balance and wellbeing. Nurturing the senses as well as the body and mind, The Deep Exhale offers the opportunity to slow down, let go and reconnect with yourself.

Payment
Payment is requested at the time of booking via bank transfer. Cash payments are also accepted.
Payments in advance are required for gift vouchers or block bookings.
Cancellations
Whilst I understand that it is sometimes necessary to cancel your appointment, I would ask that you give as much notice as possible so that your appointment may be offered to someone else. If you feel unwell or are experiencing difficulties with your health or well-being and are concerned about your booking, please give me a call to discuss.
Cancellations of less than 48hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your treatment. If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted me in advance to advise me of your cancellation, cancellation fees will apply and full payment kept.
